1 General Terms

et99 is an online gaming platform that provides entertainment gaming services for players in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the legal relationship between et99 and its users.

3.3 Updating Your Information

If any of your personal details change, update them on the platform as soon as possible. et99 will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

et99 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Keep the following in mind when withdrawing:

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Large withdrawal amounts may be delayed in processing until identity verification is complete.

4.3 Transaction Accuracy

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

et99 offers new players a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

• Each bonus offer is available once per person.
• Bonuses cannot be claimed from multiple accounts, the same IP address, or the same device.
• et99 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

et99's VIP program has five tiers. Tiers advance based on regular play, and weekly cashback benefits increase accordingly:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable. et99 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on et99 — slots, casino games, fishing games, card games, and sports betting — are governed by the following rules:

6.1 Fair Play

et99 is committed to ensuring fair play. The games on the platform are developed by accredited software providers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure unbiased outcomes.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game session is interrupted due to a technical fault, et99 will make every effort to resolve the issue and compensate the affected player. However, et99 does not accept liability for losses caused by internet disconnection.

6.3 Betting Limits

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Account Suspension & Closure

et99 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of the terms.
• Provision of false information.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to pass age verification.
• In compliance with legal or regulatory directives.

8.2 By the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting et99 support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. Options for self-exclusion or permanent exclusion are also available as part of responsible gaming.

9 Limitation of Liability

et99 makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, et99's liability is limited in the following situations:

• Losses caused by the failure of third-party services (payment gateways, internet connections).
• Service disruptions due to natural disasters, war, or government directives.
• Losses arising from the user's own negligence or errors.

Under no circumstances will et99's total liability exceed the value of the transaction in question.
